• Support is purchased in blocks of time and paid for in advance once the details have been conformed and the quote has been accepted.
• The minumum block of time available is one hour.
• The hourly rate for premium support is $80 USD Support requests can generally be handled within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
• Issues that relate to core functionality of our templates and extensions can be handled via our ticket system or support forum.
